On-Call Providers 

Our Nurse Practitioners will be available after hours, weekends and holidays via secure text message or phone. Please utilize these systems for urgent matters only and save any needs regarding appointments, bills, refills until the next open business day. For any basic needs regarding cold management please refer to your most recent take home sheet.
